It is important to note that e-Office is different from virtual office. e-Office is designed so that you do not need to employ overseas employees whereas virtual office & branch office requires you to have overseas employees.

• A Hong Kong mailing address. Mail forwarding will also be available at an additional cost.
• Each e-Office will be assigned a local telephone number with unlimited (free of charge) incoming calls. Any incoming calls will be routed free-of-charge to your Hong Kong number. Calls can be further routed to the customers in your head office. Alternatively, at places where internet phones are prohibited or inconvenient, we can re-route your calls by our eSecretary, using our very economical IDD rate.
• With your monthly subscription of US$100, you'll be provided with 2,000 units of our telephone system.
• Re-routing outside of Hong Kong – where internet phones are prohibited, re-routing will be performed by our eSS.
• Outgoing call by eSecretary – you'll be able to enjoy the economic benefits by using our eSecretary.
• International telephone conferencing - you will be assigned a conference number.
