A. Rerouting your incoming calls

Any incoming calls to your overseas offices can be rerouted to your desired destination by instructing your eSecretary on the phone. Moreover, the rerouting service is not restricted to your headquarter only. You can receive overseas incoming calls even when you are at home or traveling abroad. We provide economic charges for rerouting from Hong Kong to your desired countries.

B. Making Outgoing Calls
World Trade offers competitive calling rates for its members. The charges can be deduced from the chart above. Per your instructions, eSecrectary can make outgoing calls on behalf of you and only transfer the call back to you when it is connected.

For example, from Shanghai to London , the charge is therefore (2)+(3) = US$ 0.04

C. Teleconferencing

World Trade teleconferencing is a valuable feature which enables you to host a meeting with your customers and/or your staff at anytime and anywhere they may be. We can easily host a conference of 7 to 8 parties at anytime. Once you have subscribed to our service, you can instruct your eSecretary to schedule and manage conference calls at your convenience.

D. Answering Service

Email your desired answering message or choose one of our messages from the list below and your eSecretary will record it on behalf of you.

Every call is a business opportunity!! World Trade voicemail is a simple solution to avoid missing a call. All your unattended calls are sent to our 24 hours voicemail service and your eSecretary will immediately convert the voicemail into audio file and send to you via email.
